You need JavaScript enabled to view it Managing Director Ashley has worked in the construction industry for over 18 years, initially as a Building Surveyor for a leading construction consultant before moving into specialist contracting and becoming the Managing Director of one of the country’s leading asbestos abatement contractors. Ashley is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Deconstruct and the day to day management of all projects whilst actively ensuring that the company is committed to it’s corporate responsibility programme.

Paul's principle focus is on ensuring Deconstruct to become a top 5 specialist contractor within our discipline in the London market. Paul has worked in the specialist demolition sector since 1987 and is considered a recognised specialist in this field. He provides our clients with a strong and innovative resolve to their concerns. Paul has personally developed teams that are now the only contracted remediator of Dangerous Structures in the Greater London Boroughs, having successfully completed over 80 in the last 5 years. Paul is a member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it SHEQ Director Marc is responsible for Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality across the group businesses and also acts as Managing Director of Derisk, a Group company specialising in Health and Safety support and advice. While having over 14 years experience in the specialist sector of the industry Marc has particularly extensive knowledge of the asbestos industry and is proud to sit on the ARCA Technical Committee. Deconstruct are very proud of our superb safety record, Marc has gone a very long way to ensure his hard work and support have made this a real fact.

Paul ensures the people working within Deconstruct take the brand and business personally to ensure we deliver the very best product, training and re-training are at the heart of this. Paul is also Managing Director of our Group business Deploy - our specialist recruitment arm.

Ian is on a training development programme, working alongside Sam and Rob delivering our smaller, more specialist projects.

Having worked with Paul for some 5 years Rob has delivered some excellent projects, often with Considerate Constructor and excellent client recognition. High quality and good planning ensure Rob delivers the best product for our clients.

Richard has extensive knowlege and experience in this area and works closely with Ashley and Marc to ensure Deconstruct provide their clients with expert advice and delivery.

Attention to detail is Jason's forte and therefore the quality of our installations and our ability to rely on that are never questioned. Jason personally ensures the fabrication designed is the correct scheme for purpose and our client gets what they want as a product.

Already Neal has gained valuable first hand experience of good delivery, taking procurement to hand-over on key elements of numerous Deconstruct projects.

James's experience of "Cut and Carve" projects means he is well placed to offer excellent and reliable advice to our clients and project teams.

George is on a programme of training in all the areas of our specialist market and as a result will understand how the business should operate from the office to the site.
