Employee Awareness

All of our employees are given an induction to environmental awareness as part of the ‘employee starter pack’.

The employees are made aware of our fundamentals and how important they are to achieving our goals together.

We give all of our employees Oyster cards with a pre-loaded initial travel allowance to stimulate use of public transport. We actively support and encourage cycle proficiency course for anyone wishing to start cycling to and from their place of work. In addition to this, all Deconstruct sites have safe cycle storage facilities.
