After being appointed by The Crown Estate to undertake the Demolition of Dukes Court in the Heart of the West End, Deconstruct (UK) Ltd found a variety of challenges involved in the project with works involving Asbestos removal, Soft Strip and Wholesale demolition of the building including the basement structure.
The location of the building provided a variety of stakeholders including The Cavendish Hotel, High-End retailers and Commercial office buildings.
Deconstruct (UK) Ltd worked with The Crown Estate's Resident Liaison Officer to ensure all works were carried out causing minimal disruption and recognition of our efforts was provided by the Considerate Constructors Scheme as well as The Crown Estate.
