Structural alterations
Our expertise in structural alteration schemes enable us to offer comprehensive “cut and carve” solutions for successful building reconfiguration. Cut and carve techniques form the basis of an array of structural alterations, enabling existing building stock to be reconfigured, renewed or repurposed to accommodate layouts for contemporary working and living environments. From temporary support and strengthening
works to the retention of listed elements and the creation of new structures, we’re well versed in every aspect of large-scale structural alterations. Our end-to-end project approach means we prepare all pre-construction information in a detailed pre-construction phase plan, thereby ensuring that each project is coordinated, safely delivered and expertly finished to the client’s complete satisfaction.

We’re also mindful of all aspects of the construction process and permanent conditions which impinge upon the solutions we deliver, as well as meeting strict timescales for the introduction of the new structure, ensuring a cohesive, joined-up approach to temporary works.
Depending on application and context, a variety of construction techniques and materials can be used, from fabricated temporary steelwork to modular or proprietary systems and designed scaffolds.
